2. Native language and local context

Manglish, BM, Chinese — speak how your customers speak. A KL cafe and a Penang manufacturer should not sound the same.

3. Professional visuals where it matters

Phone content works for behind-the-scenes. But your hero content — menu shots, product launches, brand videos — deserves professional photography and videography. Customers judge quality of your product by quality of your content.

4. A consistent look

Colours, fonts and templates that match your brand identity make your feed recognisable — people should know it’s your post before they see your name.

From Likes to Leads: Close the Loop

Engagement without a path to purchase is entertainment, not marketing. Every piece of content should have a next step: WhatsApp link in bio and captions, website link for details, or a lead form. Then track it — if you can’t tell which content brought customers, you can’t improve.
